Each year someone in our neighborhood starts the "You've been Booed" surprise. Basically, someone leaves a surprise on someone else's doorstep with a ghost to display on their door. There is a little poem that instructs that neighbor to "Boo" someone else. Slowly but surely, you see each neighbor with a ghost on their door indicating they've already been "Booed"!

Weston and I decided to get the Booing started this year....
So, this is how you Boo...
First, we made some Funfetti cookies (the Halloween edition). Of course, you have to "sneak" a little cookie dough while you're working.
Next, we bought some goodies at Target (in the dollar bin) with a specific neighbor in mind (we bought cookie cutters, a mini halloween "cookbook" with lots of fun ideas, a package of paddle balls, and a Halloween notepad).-
We did not put a ghost up because I wanted Weston to get "booed"...that means we'll have to Boo again once we've been "booed"...but it will be worth it to let him find a surprise!
