Bridges Christmas...

Yesterday afternoon/evening, we had our Christmas gathering with the Bridges (my Mom's family). My mom was one of eight brothers and sisters, so we have a LARGE family! We always have so much fun when we get together. The family has grown so much that we now have to rent a building to host everyone. We had a great time hanging out before dinner and then enjoyed the kids opening presents after dinner. My Granny started the "Dirty Santa/White Elephant" game a few years ago. All of the adults draw numbers and choose from her bag of gift cards/visa cards/cash, etc. It is always a TON of fun! We tell her every year that she doesn't need to do it....40+ adults is a lot of giftcards...but she continues to buy for everyone! Thank you and We love you, Granny!!!

Though we always have fun together, we can't help but miss our family members that are no longer with us! My aunt Barbara, Uncle Jack, and my Mom are having Christmas with Jesus! Though we miss them so much here, we know our Christmas celebration can't even begin to compare to the celebration they are having in heaven!!!
Miss you so much, Mom!

Landen (my nephew), Jackson (my cousin's son), and Weston....
The kids loved the craft table. My Aunt Peggy had paint, glue, glitter, crayons, just about everything you could think of. Weston enjoyed making Christmas cards and painting a magnet for the frig.

Waiting for his gifts...so patient! One of Weston's gifts was an AquaDoodle...he has really enjoyed this already. I love it too...No mess!
He also got some great clothes from Aunt Dona, Granny, and my cousin Karen. He loved his Tonka truck and airplane, too!! Thank you everyone!!!

After most had left, Chris and Weston ran back and forth across the room on the 4-wheeler. Weston laughed so hard....you just gotta love the belly laugh of a 2 year old!
