So, last Monday night, we headed out to "Opening Night" for the Carolina Mudcats. I was excited to take Weston because he enjoyed it so much last year. We took the exit, made the turn, and there was the huge, EMPTY stadium! Empty?? Yes, we were one week early...opening night is actually tonight (April 20th)...oops!! Chris' quote was, "have fun explaining..." You see, now that Weston understands most things, he knew we were on the way to see a baseball game....and he tends to be quite dramatic when things don't go according to his plan. So, like any good mother would do....I explained with the following question..."Weston, wanna go to the park??" hahaha!! We had never been to the Zebulon park, so it was still a fun night for all. We ended with a milkshake from Sonic!!!
Weston called this a "wolfpack swing!" Glad he loves RED as much as Mommy!!-
Hopefully we'll get out to see a baseball game soon!! :)

it makes me giggle, thinking of you guys sitting in the baseball parking lot and you ask Weston if he wants to go to the park. HA!!!
